Both parties will sign the agreement after expressing interest in the service proposal and quotation sent by Fara IT Fusion and agreeing to the quoted terms.

১।নমনুা ডিজাইন :The development work will commence from the date of contract signing, considering the client's approval of the sample design presented by the developer as the work order received. If the client wishes to rearrange some designs of the website, the developer will provide full cooperation. It is to be noted here that the design and development work will only begin if the client is 100% agreeable.

2. Key Features of the Website:The developer will diligently execute every aspect of the features mentioned in the package selected by the client, and the client will verify each feature upon delivery of the site.

3. Layout of the Client's Website:The developer will incorporate the primary features in consultation with the client. The number of pages required for the site, as per the client's needs, will be determined on the day of the work order or contract signing. If the client wishes to add a new page or feature to the site after its final delivery, an additional fee will be charged (where applicable).

4. Provision of Website Content, Images, and Other Information:The client will provide all necessary content, images, audio, video, etc., for the website in the format requested by the developer. It should be noted that if the aforementioned materials are not received within 5-7 days from the date of this agreement, the developer will not be able to deliver the site within the stipulated time. However, if a client provides partial materials and agrees to take responsibility for the site's delivery, the developer will deliver the site. The client will be responsible for uploading necessary images, content, etc., themselves.

5. Work Execution Process and Timeline:Since the developer must follow many steps to create the main structure of the website, if there are any major amendments within three days of the client placing their order or signing the contract, they should inform the developer. The work execution steps are listed below. The timeline is calculated from the date of contract signing.

(গ) প্রয়োজনীয় বিষয়বস্তু, চিত্র, শব্দ, ভিডিও গ্রাহকের কাছ থেকে সংগ্রহ – পাঁচ থেকে সাত দিনের মধ্যে
(ঘ) ওয়েবসাইট নির্মাণ এবং ডেভেলপার দলের পর্যালোচনা – দশম থেকে দ্বাদশ দিনের মধ্যে
(ঙ) গ্রাহক কর্তৃক পরীক্ষা এবং মতামত প্রদান – পনেরোতম দিনের মধ্যে
(চ) চূড়ান্ত সংশোধন, পরিমার্জন এবং গ্রাহকের কাছে হস্তান্তর – সতেরো থেকে বিশ দিনের মধ্যে

৬।ওয়েবসাইট মেইনটেনেন্স :ওয়েবসাইট বিতরণের তারিখ থেকে পরবর্তী এক বছর ওয়েবসাইটের সকল রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ডেভেলপার বিনামূল্যে নিজ দায়িত্বে সম্পন্ন করবেন। গ্রাহকের যেকোনো অভিযোগ বা পরামর্শকে বিশেষ গুরুত্ব দিয়ে ডেভেলপার সাইটের সংশোধন বা পরিবর্তন করবেন। এক বছর পর যেকোনো সংশোধন বা পরিবর্তনের জন্য গ্রাহককে নির্ধারিত ফি প্রদান করতে হবে।

৭।রিনিউ এর সময়সীমা :ওয়েবসাইটের মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার কমপক্ষে দুই মাস আগে ডেভেলপার ফোন, মেসেজ এবং ই-মেইলের মাধ্যমে গ্রাহককে বিষয়টি জানাবেন। মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার কমপক্ষে ৭ দিন আগেই রিনিউ চার্জ পরিশোধ করতে হবে। অন্যথায়, মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ণের কারণে ওয়েবসাইটের যেকোনো সমস্যা বা অসুবিধার জন্য গ্রাহককেই দায়ভার গ্রহণ করতে হবে।

৮।পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি :গ্রাহক কার্যাদেশ বা চুক্তিপত্র স্বাক্ষরের দিন মোট খরচের অর্ধেক নগদ বা চেকের মাধ্যমে ডেভেলপার (ফারা আইটি ফিউশন)-কে দেবেন। ডেভেলপার কর্তৃক মানি রিসিপ্ট গ্রহণের মাধ্যমে গ্রাহক সকল লেনদেন সম্পন্ন করবেন। উল্লেখ্য, ৭৫% পেমেন্ট পরিশোধ হলে ওয়েবসাইটটি আপলোড করা হবে। অন্যথায় সাইটটি 'আন্ডার কনস্ট্রাকশন' হিসেবে প্রদর্শিত হবে। অবশিষ্ট অর্থ ওয়েবসাইট সরবরাহের তারিখের পূর্বে এক বা একাধিক কিস্তিতে পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

৯।কার্যাদেশ বাতিল :কার্যাদেশ প্রদানের চার দিন পর গ্রাহক সাইট ডেভেলপমেন্ট বাতিল বা স্থগিত করলে মোট খরচের ৫০% ধার্য করা হবে। অথবা, যখনই গ্রাহক কার্যাদেশ বাতিল বা স্থগিত করার সিদ্ধান্ত নেবেন, তখন পর্যন্ত যাবতীয় খরচ বাদ দিয়ে আরও অতিরিক্ত ২০% খরচ গ্রাহককে পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

১০। ওয়েবসাইট ডিজাইন এবং ডেভেলপমেন্ট সমাপ্তি ও ডেলিভারি:চুক্তিপত্র সম্পাদনের তারিখ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ২০ দিনের মধ্যে ডেভেলপার সাইটের যাবতীয় কাজ যাচাই-বাছাইয়ের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন করবেন। গ্রাহক প্রয়োজন মনে করলে একাধিকবার যাচাই-বাছাই করে সাইট গ্রহণ করার আগ্রহ প্রকাশ করার দুই দিনের মধ্যেই ডেভেলপার ওয়েবসাইটের সকল প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্রসহ একটি সম্পূর্ণ ফাইল গ্রাহককে বা গ্রাহকের মনোনীত ব্যক্তিকে বুঝিয়ে দেবেন। ডেভেলপার কর্তৃক সরবরাহকৃত ওয়েবসাইটের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র গ্রাহক অত্যন্ত যত্নের সাথে সংরক্ষণ করবেন (যেমনটি কেউ তার জমি বা ফ্ল্যাটের দলিল সংরক্ষণ করেন)। কোনো কাগজপত্র হারিয়ে গেলে কোনোভাবেই ডেভেলপারকে দায়ী করা যাবে না।
বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে ওয়েবসাইট সরবরাহের তারিখ পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। এক্ষেত্রে উভয় পক্ষের পারস্পরিক সমঝোতায় সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হবে।

১১। ওয়েবসাইট গ্রহণ ও হস্তান্তরের সময়:গ্রাহক যখন তার ওয়েবসাইট গ্রহণ করবেন, তখন তিনি উল্লেখিত ডকুমেন্টসগুলো সম্পূর্ণভাবে বুঝে নেবেন – ডোমেইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন ও হোস্টিং সংক্রান্ত বিস্তারিত বিবরণ, কন্ট্রোল প্যানেলের (সি-প্যানেল) ইউজারনেম এবং পাসওয়ার্ড (অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ), ওয়েবসাইট পরিচালনা সংক্রান্ত প্রশিক্ষণ ভিডিও বা নির্দেশিকা, টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট পার্সনের ফোন, ইমেইল আইডি। অপরদিকে, গ্রাহক তার পক্ষে ওয়েবসাইট রক্ষণাবেক্ষণে অভিজ্ঞ বা দায়িত্বশীল এমন ব্যক্তির বিস্তারিত তথ্য ডেভেলপারকে প্রদান করবেন।

১২। গ্রাহক কর্তৃক ওয়েবসাইট পরিচালনা:ডেভেলপার ওয়েবসাইট সরবরাহের সময় গ্রাহককে অথবা গ্রাহকের মনোনীত ব্যক্তিকে ওয়েবসাইট পরিচালনা সংক্রান্ত যাবতীয় প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করবেন। প্রয়োজনে ভিডিও টিউটোরিয়ালও সরবরাহ করবেন। গ্রাহকও এ বিষয়টি অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বের সাথে ডেভেলপারের সাথে সমন্বয় করবেন।

১৩।অনলাইন সাপোর্ট :গ্রাহকের ওয়েবসাইটের যেকোনো কারিগরি সমস্যা অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট কোনো বিশেষ সহায়তার প্রয়োজনে ডেভেলপার সহায়তা প্রদান করবেন। উল্লেখ্য, সরকারি ছুটির দিন ব্যতীত অন্যান্য দিনে সকাল ১০টা থেকে বিকাল ৫টা পর্যন্ত ডেভেলপার সাপোর্ট প্রদান করবেন।

১৪। শর্তাবলী সংশোধন বা সংযোজন:গ্রাহকের প্রয়োজনে যেকোনো সময় চুক্তিতে উল্লেখিত শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা পরিমার্জন করার আগ্রহ প্রকাশ করলে উভয়পক্ষ সমঝোতার মাধ্যমে বিষয়টি নিষ্পত্তি করবেন।

১৫। ডোমেইন ও হোস্টিং স্থানান্তরের প্রসঙ্গে:গ্রাহক তার ডোমেইন এবং হোস্টিং প্রথম বছরের মধ্যে স্থানান্তর করতে পারবেন না। পরবর্তী বছর স্থানান্তর করতে চাইলে স্থানান্তর ফি বাবদ ১০,০০০/- (দশ হাজার) টাকা প্রদান করবেন। উল্লেখ্য, ডেভেলপারের পক্ষ থেকে গ্রাহকের চাহিদার বাইরে ওয়েবসাইটের প্রয়োজনে অতিরিক্ত প্লাগইন এবং কোডিং ইত্যাদি কোনোভাবেই স্থানান্তরযোগ্য নয়।
